it was all good i'll be back.

Every thing about the hotel was perfect, staff, facilities, reciption, atmosphere, quietness

One big issue, the toilet has no door, literally open, just imagine if you want to take a poop, one of us has to leave the room so the other do..... You know what...

Easy access location. The pool is nice.

There is a little ants like looking for food in the room. It is not an ant, but some tiny little thing. Didn’t bother me.

We loved everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very up to date. Everything looks brand new. It’s in a great position and easy to get around the main attractions of Pattaya. We only stayed one night but have stayed here before. We will definitely stay again

Room looks ugly and bad maintained. Air conditioner has problem to operate in a good way, always highest speed even if to low temperature. The bed makes me, and others to had backpain in the morning. Breakfast was a big minus; I feel the food is for Chinese only.

The places of the distribution of electrical fittings very bad. There is no place to charge the mobile next to the bed, and there is also no nighttime reading light

Very Modern and Stylish! Amazing minimalistic decor. New Property. Very close to the beach. Operations manager very professional and attentive to guests. Staff very polite.

This was deviously advertised as a 5 star hotel. It's not, it doesn't even meet the basic criteria for a 1 star hotel. Imagine a 5 star hotel with NO RESTAURANT (only a voucher for burger King ...OMG ...come on... Burger King, really???), NO hot water in bathroom wash basin (YES ONLY HAS A COLD FEED), the bathroom isn't a bathroom, it's a very tiny shower room, you couldn't make it any smaller if you tried. No place to put anything. Which is crazy given the ample size of the actual main bedroom, only one small towel hanging rail, literally had to hang towels over chairs in the main room. The toiletries were of very cheap quality (I daren't use TBH, who knows what's in it?). Not a single mirror in the main bedroom, not on the wardrobes, no vanity mirror - nothing - there was only the one single wall mirror in the shower room. The TV is a joke - there were about 6 channels - none international that I could see. A fair bit of construction dust still visible (in our room) - it's clearly new built and not ready for occupation yet. I booked this hotel because of the location and it had a good review score (albeit not too many yet) - I'm guessing some, if not all of the positive reviews are fake. It was the most disappointing new year stay ever. Shame for my poor wife and kid who were looking forward to something nice. It would be an ok choice if they charge the correct rate for a no star hotel with almost zero facilities (say 1,300 THB night) but at 5,000 ++ night it's a total rip off.

I loved how the hotel was brand new. You know that they take pride in the hotel. The staff was wonderful and will work with you on setting up things to do in Pattaya. The pool area was very nice, to bad it wasn't heated.

Location, it was kind of hard to find if you have never been its tucked in the back of a square, Breakfast at the hotel was just plain horrible, we were given a coupon for Burger King, I mean how healthy is that.

This is a new property and very clean....

Check-in took almost a half hour... we had to use my app to verify the booking. The property looks great but there’s zero insulation so you can actually hear the conversation of other guests from inside the room... which means that they can hear yours. We would stay there again because it’s new and clean, but not at those rates.

Very nice staff, clean, very new . Location is 5 minutes walking to Terminal 21 mall. And 15 minutes walking to the beach .

There is No resturant in this hotel because its new. Coupon provided to have breakfast st burger king and was not that much good .

they dont have breakfast at hotel they give you burger king vouchers for breakfast which is of no use for vegeterians as it has non vegeterian options only.

Excellent location, next to the tiffany's show and just right opposite Terminal 21 Pattaya and Central Plaza. You can find many massage shops and restaurants nearby, 10 mins walk to the beach. Modern design, decent swimming pool and lobby and comfy bed

- I am not sure the hotel has its restaurants or not, coz I was just given burger king coupon for the breakfast. Guests have to walk outside to burger king to have my breakfast. - 2K deposit in cash is an unusual experience for me - No socket or USB plug next to the bed - The lightning button places right behind the bed, very easy to trigger the button while you move your pillow - Service Level is poor, I requested room clearing at around ~12nn, but nothing happened after I came back to the hotel at 1800. 2 cleaning ladies ringed my bell and asked me did I need room cleaning, I had never experience room cleaning while I was taking a snap in the room. So, I asked them to come later coz I am going to dinner. Again, nothing happened. No replacement of water, toiletry and towels etc - Wifi connectivity is very unstable - I was given a corner room with disabling toilet, the toilet floor would get all wet after I bath. This is another dislike of this hotel. If your budget is limited, I can name 2-3 hotels in Pattaya with the better service level, which is a less convenient location (in walking distance attractions and shopping malls, or shuttle bus provided)but in half price per night.

Perfect location for travel without rental car. Plenty options for eating & massage shops around the area. (No restaurant in hotel tho) Wonderful staffs who can communicate in English. Nice pool!

Only one mirror in our room. Need more hooks in bathroom. Personally prefer cotton bed sheets. No clock, No pen, no paper in the room. Wonderful location but Nosy outside during night.
